Perimenopause Test
Clinically speaking, menopause is only one day in your life - the day when it’s been a year since your last period - the average age for which is 51. Perimenopause can start 2-10 years before that day: It’s the phase when your ovaries are starting to wind down, and hormonal shifts are taking place, while you still have your period. So if you do the maths, Perimenopause can start as early as your thirties. For most women it happens in their forties and there are 49 possible symptoms - though don’t worry, no-one has all of them!!
So if you would like to find out if you are in perimenopause, please take this test.
